Travel by confirmed private road vehicle from Hanoi to the cruise operator's check-in terminal, allowing for traffic and boarding procedures. Receive the required safety briefing before enjoying onboard lunch and time on the sundeck. Spend a full day on the licensed vessel's published two-night circuit, with a specialist guide and crew overseeing any scheduled shore visits. Depending on the confirmed route and permitted activities, there may be a tender or day-boat outing to approved caves, a fishing-village interpretation stop, kayaking or time around a pearl-cultivation site. The exact named attractions differ between Heritage Line's Ha Long and Bai Tu Long programmes, so Sung Sot Cave, Cua Van, Ti Top and particular day-boat arrangements are not all guaranteed. Enjoy the booked ship's morning programme and breakfast. Depending on the actual voyage, this may include Tai Chi, a short scenic landing or simply relaxed sailing before disembarkation at the confirmed cruise terminal. Meet the private driver for a road transfer back to Hanoi and check in to the selected city hotel. An evening Vespa experience or private dining can be arranged only if not taken on Day 1 and if the group has enough energy after the transfer. After breakfast, transfer to Noi Bai Airport for the chosen island itinerary. Option A: take a confirmed Hanoi-to-Phu Quoc flight, preferably nonstop if operating on your travel date, then enjoy a private airport transfer and check in to the reserved beachfront resort. Option B: travel from Hanoi to Con Dao via a currently available connecting gateway such as Ho Chi Minh City; no nonstop Bamboo Airways flight is assumed. The itinerary and flight buffers will be approved before ticketing, and an additional overnight stay may be necessary if safe same-day connections are unavailable. Take the remainder of the day at leisure. Choose one island, not both.

Enjoy a slow-paced resort day on the selected island. On Phu Quoc, consider a booked wellness session, an accessible beach, local produce tasting or a private guide to island culture. On Con Dao, relax by the coast or visit an appropriate historical site with a licensed local guide. Each option is tailored to the actual resort location, guest interests and local conditions. Massage, spa, pool villa access, snorkelling equipment and exclusive dinners are included only when expressly confirmed by the resort or quoted as additions. Keep the final full island day flexible. On Phu Quoc, a private vehicle can take guests to a suitable pepper garden, craft or pearl-farming visit, or the resort may arrange a beachside meal. On Con Dao, optional experiences include a museum, the national park or a responsible marine excursion under authorised guidance; turtle nesting and wildlife encounters must never be guaranteed. Guests can instead remain at the resort for privacy and rest. Review the next day's domestic flight and onward international departure, baggage rules, weather forecasts and any need for a separate Ho Chi Minh City overnight connection. Optional activities and services are confirmed and priced before travel.

After breakfast and hotel checkout, take the agreed transfer to the selected island airport. Board the separately confirmed Phu Quoc-to-Ho Chi Minh City or Con Dao-to-Ho Chi Minh City flight, subject to actual airline operation and weather. If the international flight departs from Tan Son Nhat on the same day, allow sufficient protected connection time, consider baggage re-check and do not assume separate tickets are covered for a missed onward flight. Where the connection is too tight, Haivenu will recommend a separate Ho Chi Minh City overnight extension or earlier island departure before booking. The eight-day programme ends after the agreed final airport transfer, without an eighth overnight.
